Event Filming Request
Please use this form to request for the Sixth College Video Production Club (VPC) to film your event.

OUR POLICIES (please read):
1) Request(s) should be submitted at least two weeks prior to event date.

2) Request(s) are fulfilled on a first-come-first-served bases and/or according to the discretion of the VPC executive board members. We will confirm with you whether or not we are able to commit to filming your event upon receiving your request.

3) Filming is done by both executive and general members of the club, all of whom have varying degrees of filming experience. Please specify clearly in the sections provided in this form if you have specific artistic requests (i.e. type of shots, focus of shots, etc.) Otherwise, please respect our individual artistry and approach with filming.

4) Please provide appropriate credit when sharing media filmed/created by VPC (e.g. Filmed by Sixth College's Video Production Club or Sixth College's VPC).
