Women's Center Involvement Survey
Hello and thank you for considering participation in our research study. We are Claudia Aguirre and Carissa Hwu, 4th-year undergraduate students at UCSD. We are conducting a research study to find out more about how UCSD undergraduate students receive notifications about campus resources, events, and programs while everything is remote. This is an anonymous survey that will help us to gather information to improve the Women's Center's current outreach efforts. We appreciate your help in making sure that campus resources are accessible to all!

Informed Consent
If you agree to be in this study, the following will happen to you:
The Google Form will prompt you to agree to the consent and continue with the survey. If you do not agree with the consent you can decline below and exit the page.

Research records will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by law. This survey will be anonymous and no email address will be collected by the research team upon completion of the survey. All completed surveys will only be analyzed by both PIs. We will store survey responses in a shared drive and no one else will have access to the responses.

Participation in research is entirely voluntary. You may refuse to participate or withdraw at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you are entitled.
