All new students are required to attend Orientation. Please encourage your student to visit their College Orientation website, become familiar with requirements and deadlines, and thoughtfully complete the required tasks to be better prepared for Orientation. A positive experience at Orientation will provide a strong foundation to your student’s college career at UC San Diego.
Parents and families are invited to join in the Orientation experience and attend sessions covering topics from residence halls to academics to campus life. Once your student has registered for their Orientation Program you will be able to register for Parent and Family Orientation.
